Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Aliviura, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Relivra is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.

Because individual experiences may vary, we recommend using Relivra consistently for at least 14 days before deciding whether it is right for you. This is only a recommendation and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery at aliviura@hotmail.com to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

  • The product must include all components and accessories originally received.

  • The product must not have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper care.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Reasonable use of Relivra during the trial period will not automatically disqualify your return.

Products showing excessive damage, missing components, deliberate misuse, or signs of return-policy abuse may not qualify for a refund, where permitted by law.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, email aliviura@hotmail.com and include:

  • Your order number.

  • The full name used to place the order.

  • The email address associated with the order.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos or videos, when relevant.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Do not return your product to the address printed on the original shipping package unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed or rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns made because you changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

Aliviura does not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee returns.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. Aliviura cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, incorrect, or a refund of those charges is required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the approved returned product, including any amounts that must be refunded under applicable law.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at aliviura@hotmail.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your Relivra product arrives damaged, defective, physically broken, non-functional, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at aliviura@hotmail.com.

For visible shipping damage, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible. This requested timeframe does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear explanation of the problem.

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or malfunction.

  • A photo of the shipping package and shipping label, when requested.

We may also ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps so we can determine the cause of the issue.

When a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement at no additional cost.

  • A repair, when appropriate and available.

  • A full or partial refund.

  • Another remedy required by applicable law.

For minor or reasonably repairable issues, we may offer troubleshooting, repair, or replacement before issuing a refund, where permitted by law.

Only one resolution may be provided for the same affected item. A customer may not receive both a replacement and a refund for the same product unless expressly agreed by Aliviura or required by law.

Damage to the external shipping package alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement when the product inside is undamaged and fully functional.

Order Cancellations and Changes

To cancel or modify an order, contact us at aliviura@hotmail.com as soon as possible after placing it.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

There is no cancellation or restocking fee for orders successfully cancelled before processing.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. Once it arrives, you may request a return under the terms of this policy.

This section does not limit any cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at aliviura@hotmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Aliviura is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to the sender because of an address error, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

If a refund is approved for a returned-to-sender order, original shipping costs and any carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund, except where prohibited by law.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier disruptions.

  • Customs inspections.

  • Severe weather.

  • Local delivery delays.

  • High-volume shipping periods.

  • Public holidays.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact us at aliviura@hotmail.com so we can review the tracking information and assist with the carrier investigation.

Where required by applicable law, customers will be given the option to accept a revised delivery timeframe or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking does not show delivery and your package appears to be lost, contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation and the applicable consumer protections, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Customers may be asked to confirm their shipping address and cooperate with the carrier’s investigation before a resolution is issued.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around the delivery location.

  • Ask household members or neighbors.

  • Check with reception, building management, or your local delivery office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for delivery confirmation.

A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed for a package marked as delivered. Each claim will be reviewed based on the available tracking information, carrier investigation, delivery circumstances, and applicable law.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for accepting or collecting their orders.

Packages refused at delivery or left unclaimed may be returned to the sender. Any original shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, customs charges, or additional carrier costs may be deducted from an approved refund, except where prohibited by law.

Gifts and Promotional Items

Free gifts, bonuses, and promotional items included with an order must also be returned when requesting a full refund.

If a promotional item is not returned, its advertised or reasonable retail value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

To select a different item, customers should return the eligible original product and place a new order.

This does not apply when an exchange or replacement is offered as a remedy for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Customers located in certain countries or regions may have additional rights, including cancellation rights, legal guarantees, or rights to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory applicable consumer law, the applicable law will take priority.

Policy Updates

Aliviura reserves the right to update this Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy when necessary.

Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. The policy applicable at the time of purchase will generally apply to the order, except where a change is required by law.
