Shipping Policy

At Aliviura, we work to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Free Standard Shipping
Aliviura offers free standard shipping on all orders to the destinations available at checkout.
Free shipping covers the standard shipping charge only. International customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may not be included unless expressly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any applicable import requirements in their country.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
During holidays, promotional events, periods of unusually high demand, address-verification issues, or product availability delays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.
- United States: 6–12 business days.
- International destinations: 6–12 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information may require several business days to update after dispatch. A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting us if a shipment appears to be significantly delayed.

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products, accessories, promotional items, or gifts may be shipped separately.
As a result, items from the same order may arrive in different packages and on different dates. Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees when Aliviura divides an order into multiple shipments.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including:
- Full recipient name.
- Street name and house or apartment number.
- City.
- State, province, or region.
- Postal or ZIP code.
- Country.
- Valid telephone number, when required by the carrier.
If our system identifies a possible address issue, we may contact the customer to request verification.
Failure to respond within a reasonable period may delay processing or result in cancellation and refund of the affected order.
Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact aliviura@hotmail.com as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of placing the order.
We will make a reasonable effort to correct the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Once a package is in transit, Aliviura may be unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.
Orders Shipped to an Incorrect Address
Aliviura is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, the customer may choose, where available:
- Reshipment after paying the applicable additional shipping cost; or
- A refund of the returned product price, less actual shipping, carrier, return-to-sender, or handling costs incurred, where permitted by law.
A refund or free replacement is not guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery to the exact address provided by the customer.
These conditions do not apply when the delivery problem was caused by an error made by Aliviura, our fulfillment provider, or the shipping carrier.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
Delayed Orders
Delivery delays may occur because of:
- Severe weather or natural events.
- Transportation disruptions.
- Courier delays.
- Customs inspections or clearance.
- Public holidays.
- Local delivery restrictions.
- High-volume shipping periods.
- Product availability or address-verification issues.
If we become aware of a processing or dispatch delay, we will make a reasonable effort to notify the affected customer.
If Aliviura cannot dispatch an order within the timeframe originally communicated, the customer may be offered the option to:
- Accept a revised dispatch timeframe; or
- Cancel the unshipped portion of the order and receive a refund.
When delivery is significantly delayed, customers should contact aliviura@hotmail.com so that we can review the tracking information and assist with an investigation.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be inspected by customs authorities in the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.
Aliviura does not control customs processing times or the amount of charges imposed by customs authorities.
Refusing a package because of customs charges may result in the package being returned to the sender. Any actual shipping, customs, carrier, or return-to-sender costs may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted by law.
Lost Packages Before Confirmed Delivery
If tracking does not show successful delivery and the shipment appears to be lost, contact us at aliviura@hotmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The full name used for the purchase.
- The shipping address.
- Any relevant tracking information.
Aliviura will review the shipment and, when appropriate, open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
Customers may be asked to confirm their address and cooperate with the carrier’s investigation.
When a package is confirmed as lost before delivery, Aliviura will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Customers are not required to resolve a carrier loss entirely on their own when Aliviura selected or arranged the shipping service.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check the entrance, mailbox, porch, garage, or other safe delivery areas.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact reception, building management, or the mailroom.
- Contact the local delivery office or shipping carrier.
- Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers may update tracking shortly before physical delivery.
After completing these steps, contact aliviura@hotmail.com so we can review the situation and assist with the carrier investigation.
A refund or replacement is not automatic when tracking confirms delivery. Each claim will be reviewed using the tracking information, delivery evidence, address supplied at checkout, carrier investigation, and applicable consumer law.
Aliviura is not responsible for theft occurring after a package has been correctly delivered to the address provided by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged Packages
If your package or Relivra product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at aliviura@hotmail.com.
We recommend reporting visible shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the shipping package.
- A clear photo of the shipping label.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the product damage.
Do not discard the packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as the carrier may require it as evidence.
The requested 72-hour reporting period does not eliminate mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
Damaged or defective products are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Stolen Packages
When tracking confirms that a package was correctly delivered and it is later believed to have been stolen, customers should contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, their local authorities.
Aliviura may assist by providing available tracking and shipping information.
Claims involving theft after confirmed delivery will be reviewed individually. A complimentary replacement or refund is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for accepting their order and collecting it from the carrier or local delivery office when required.
Packages that are refused, left unclaimed, or not collected may be returned to the sender.
If the package is successfully returned, Aliviura may issue a refund for the returned product after inspection. Actual original shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and return-to-sender expenses may be deducted where permitted by law.
A refund cannot be processed until the returned shipment has been received or its return has been reasonably confirmed.
Delivery Responsibility and Consumer Rights
Where required by applicable law, Aliviura remains responsible for the order until the customer, or a person designated by the customer, physically receives it.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Depending on the customer’s location, these rights may include the right to:
- Receive goods within the agreed timeframe.
- Receive notice of a significant shipping delay.
- Accept a revised shipping timeframe or cancel an unshipped order.
- Receive an appropriate remedy for products lost before delivery.
- Receive a repair, replacement, or refund for damaged or non-conforming goods.
Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable consumer law will take priority.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
Aliviura may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes to our shipping services, carriers, fulfillment procedures, available destinations, or legal obligations.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will generally apply to future orders. Orders already accepted will remain subject to the shipping conditions communicated when the purchase was made, except where a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
